After all of the previous Child's Play sequels, director  Lars Klevberg decided to reboot this seemingly tired franchise in the movie I'll be reviewing today, Childs Play (2019). Welcome once more boys and ghouls as I go through the 8th movie this month, Cult of Chucky. Today we will go over the fifth instalment in the Child's Play franchise is dubbed "Seed of Chucky". As the name implies, this movie has a third killer doll, the offspring of Chucky and Tiffany. Because of the lack of sexual organs, Tiffany and Chucky disagree as to the gender of the baby with Chucky referring to the baby doll as "Glen" and Tiffany " Glenda".  Like the previous movie, this movie is filled with gore and funny one liners like Chucky exclaiming "Oops, I did it again!" after killing Brittany spears.   That said, I felt it did not live up...

Today we are going to go over my favourite movie in the Child's Play franchise, Bride of Chucky. They sure love the number 8 (As you may recall Child's Play 3 was set to take place 8 years after the second film) as Bride of Chucky was released 8 years after hiatus of the franchise.
