Where do my products come from?
We utilize warehouse/shipping facilities in America, Europe & Asia. Depending on your location your order will be shipped from one of them. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Your order is processed in less than 24 hours after it has been placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare and ship your item due to the high volume of orders. International shipping generally takes around 10-20 days from the shipment date to reach you. The time can change depending on your location, what items you purchase, and any other unforeseen factors. We are working with our partners to reduce this time significantly in the future.
How do I track my order?
Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code which can be monitored on our Order Tracking Page.
I didn’t get my tracking number
Your order will be processed in 1-4 business days once payment has been received and cleared. Your order will then be shipped once our warehouse has packaged it and sent it to the courier at which time you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that with some delivery services it can take up to 3-7 business days for your tracking number to show movement.
Why are multiple products not packed together?
In an effort to keep prices low and get your products to you as quickly as possible, sometimes orders may be broken up into separate packages.
