General Shipping Information

• Our shipping charges are listed below, please note orders are currently shipped via ePacket from warehouses located in China. If you are located in the USA, orders will be shipped via USPS from the USA if stock is available otherwise they will be shipped from China using ePacket.
• Order placed before 9am (EST) will generally be shipped same day unless we are experiencing longer than normal wait times times such as holidays and/or website sales.
• Orders placed after 9am and during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.
• If we have a problem with your order we will contact you via email, please also ensure that you check your junk folders so as not to miss any important emails from us.
• Should you have a query on your order please contact our customer service team, we are open from 9am – 4.30 (EST), Monday – Friday.

International Shipping Information

• International shipments can take 15-60 days to reach you, due to certain countries custom regulations please allow up to 3 weeks.
• International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
• If you refuse an international shipment you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and associated customs/duties associated with the order, these will be deducted from your refund.
